Terms of use

These terms describe a beta software service for specialty-sector market research, analytics, and decision-support dashboards. They are plain-language terms and are not financial advice and not legal advice for your jurisdiction.

Software use

The Service provides informational and analytical tools for research, organization, and review. Features may vary by account configuration, plan, and availability.

The Service may change during beta, and some features may be modified, limited, or discontinued.

No brokerage or execution

The Service does not place, route, transmit, or execute trades or orders on your behalf. Any brokerage, account, transaction, or market activity outside this product is solely your responsibility.

No personalized financial advice

Charts, summaries, alerts, indicators, labels, and other readouts are informational. They are not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Past, hypothetical, or highlighted conditions are not guarantees of future results.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use information outside the Service.

Data and availability

Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or sourced from third parties. The Service should not be relied on as the sole source for time-sensitive research, compliance, financial, or operational decisions.

Billing

If paid subscriptions or billing features are enabled, billing may be handled by a third-party payment processor under its own terms and policies. Subscriptions are for software access and capabilities — not securities transactions, brokerage services, or regulated-product sales.

Paid features may change during beta.

We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

See the Refund and cancellation policy for cancellation and refund expectations when billing is active.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with the Service, or use automated activity in a way that disrupts normal operation.

Automated abuse may be rate-limited, blocked, or investigated.

Account access

Some features may require sign-in, account eligibility, or configuration by an account owner or administrator. Access may be limited, changed, or revoked as needed to operate the Service.
