Privacy policy

This policy describes, at a high level, categories of data the platform may process to provide the product.

Account data

Identity and session data may be handled by our authentication provider. We may store durable preferences, account linkage, and billing-status information needed to operate the product where those features are used.

Usage analytics

Where enabled, we may record coarse product events to understand reliability, adoption, and product behavior. We do not intentionally collect sensitive information entered into free-text fields for analytics.

Billing data

If billing is enabled, a third-party payment processor may handle payment data under its own privacy policy. We may keep subscription, entitlement, and billing-status information needed to operate the product.

We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Notification preferences

Where notification features are enabled, we may store delivery preferences such as channels, quiet hours, and severity thresholds to honor your choices.

We do not sell your contact information.

Support requests

If you contact support, we may process the information you submit, such as your email address, subject, message, and related account context, to review and respond when available.

No sale of personal data

We do not sell personal data. If this practice changes, we would update this policy and provide choices where required.

Access, deletion, and contact

For access, correction, export, or deletion requests, use the contact options on the Support page when available, or contact support through the account owner or administrator.

Some requests may require verification or may be limited by operational, legal, security, or account requirements.

Data limitations

The product may include third-party or sourced information. This policy describes product data handling at a high level and is not a complete inventory of every operational log or transient processing event.
