Refund and cancellation policy

This policy describes how software subscriptions for CannaSetups may be canceled or refunded when paid billing is enabled. Subscriptions are for software access only — not cannabis products, brokerage services, trade execution, or personalized financial advice.

Software subscriptions only

Paid plans provide access to software features and capabilities (panels, refresh limits, monitoring workflows, and related analytics). They do not include securities transactions, brokerage services, or regulated-product sales.

Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future charges. Cancellation methods depend on whether self-service billing management is enabled in your account; when unavailable, contact Support.

After cancellation, software access generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless your checkout terms or account status indicate otherwise.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the third-party payment processor's terms and applicable consumer protection rules. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

If billing is not yet enabled for your environment, no charges apply and this section does not yet govern checkout.

Billing not yet enabled

If secure checkout is unavailable, subscriptions are not being charged. Free-tier access may remain available where enabled. See Pricing for current plan descriptions.
